Great and friendly service, we arrived early and we were upgraded to the Junior Suite. We had a fabulous view, a great sitting room and a comfortable bed. There were two tvs, small balcony, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and there is a tram line mere steps from the front door that goes directly to the city center. Excellent for a stay in Milan.

We got an upgrade, which was really nice. I had to see some clients and the upgrade to a suite was most welcome as we could close off the bedroom from the meeting, which is always a bit awkward. The pool was closed due to maintenance unfortunately. Breakfast was really good although check-in at the restaurant a bit confusing as we suddenly had to pay in the restaurant instead of having it added to our final bill. Very nice bar. Good beds, good shower. Very clean. Convenient parking facilities although not for free.

Tiziana and isma were amazing. Very helpful and they did it with a smile. I was coming from France and seeing this room was amazing. It's not like most in Europe. It was big enough for my baby, my mum and I. Very clean room, nice area, train is 10 minutes walk from hotel (villapizione station) No restaurants nearby so we ate in the hotel which was a little expensive but the food was good.

The staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was very good . Mrs Aylana was very nice, being alone and elderly she took care of me and made me feel comfortable. All the staff in the reception were helpful . I cannot remember all their names but Miss Clara showed more care towards me Thank you Raddison blue hotel you made my stay in Milan wonderful Regards

First of all, the hotel is nice and clean and its location is quiet but it is far from the city center and most of the tourist places in Milan and you will often have to take a taxi to go to these places. The location is next to restaurants, small grocery stores and a supermarket. Finally, many thanks to Mr. Marco for helping us and giving us a private suite even though my room was standard and for this treatment from Mr. Marco I extended my stay for another day.

Wonderful staff, receptionist are so friendly and helpful, they love their job and you can see it ! They set us in the very same room where we stayed a few weeks back, a nice upgrade. The gym, spa and inside pools are fabulous, and there's plenty free parking on the streets around. Our room was facing south with a wonderful view on milano skyline. There's a nespreaso machine in every room. All these are the reasons why we keep coming there, and the center can easily be accessed by tram (100m walk) or train (8mns walk).
